  • 2 tablespoons roasted coconut (u neuleu)
  • 1 kukur coconut
  • 2 gengam plik u (soak in hot water)
  • Temuru leaves (curry leaves) to taste
  • 5 kaffir lime leaves
  • Vegetable ingredients
  • 2 young jackfruit segments
  • 1 box of kikil crackers, cut into pieces
  • 1 young banana blossom
  • 1 ounce long beans
  • 1/2 kates fruit
  • Sckpya melinjo leaves
  • 2 ounces melinjo fruit
  • 2 ounces rimbang
  • 2 Btg taro
  • 2 bamboo shoots
  • Prawns / chu (one cup) to taste


This dish is very special in terms of ingredients. It will be almost impossible to recreate this very local dish authentically outside of Indonesia. However, if you can get hold of all the ingredients, please follow the video for the exact preparation. Even though the quantities in the film are for more people, the cooking times are the same.
